Maintenance Technician – Weekend Shift



Essential Duties and Responsibilities


  • Visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment;
  • Locates and diagnoses nature of defect in mechanical devices by observing and/or listening while device is in operation;
  • Examines and disassembles components to replace, clean, adjust, or repair parts, wires, switches, relays, circuits, or signaling units;
  • Operates and tests equipment to ensure elimination of malfunction;
  • Repairs and maintains physical structures of all areas of DC;
  • Repairs and maintains electric, diesel, LPG, and gasoline industrial trucks;
  • Performs housekeeping duties as necessary;
  • Maintains daily communication with Facilities Manager to ensure that all issues are resolved;
  • Perform all duties and responsibilities in accordance with Big Rock Sports’ safety guidelines, including but not limited to: safe operation of all machinery, tools, and equipment, proper use of safety devices; maintain housekeeping standards.




  • Commercial electrical experience preferred
  • Previous experience with conveyor systems preferred
  • Industrial truck repair experience preferred
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of criminal background check and drug screen
  • Ability to work in non-climate controlled environment
  • Ability to obtain and maintain powered industrial equipment certification
  • Continuous standing, walking, stretching, reaching, bending, and stooping required
  • Ability to continuously lift and/or move up to 50lbs; occasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs
