ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Set up trading partners for testing;
- Responsible for full process testing of all documents being traded with each partner;
- Coordinate moving the partner from testing to the production environment;
- Troubleshoot, research, and resolve problems with EDI documents not received by Big Rock Sports, our customers, or our vendors;
- Troubleshoot, research, and resolve problems with EDI documents not integrated into the Big Rock ERP system;
- Learn the SPS portal functions and processes thoroughly to be able to teach internal users how to find and reprocess transactions;
- Develop and maintain EDI process documentation.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Develop and consistently update a working knowledge of all company systems, product lines, customer programs and offerings;
- Manage time effectively, meet personal goals and work effectively with other members of the telemarketing team;
- Identify and evaluate all potential customers within the assigned territories;
- Prospect and develop all qualified retail customers that fit the model of a BRS customer;
- Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, or returns;

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:
- Execute sales programs and initiatives as developed by the Shooting Sports and Fishing/Marine teams, and manage the Eastern Region sales force;
- Achieve sales goals and objectives for the assigned territory and lead a team of outside sales representatives to maximize sales, revenues, and profitability ;
- Field travel with dealers and reps with travel recaps sent to management team following visits into the markets;
- Responsible for the training, motivation of, and accountability of sales force;
- Develop and manage distribution-operating budget;
- Participate in proposal strategy and development of plans;
- Develop and oversee training programs for all staff in the DC operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Strong understanding of the independent sporting goods retail business model, inclusive of shooting sports, tackle, camping, and marine dealers;
