ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

  • Develop and consistently update a working knowledge of all company systems, product lines, customer programs and offerings;

  • Troubleshoot day-to-day communication, mapping and data-related production issues;

  • Maintain up-to-date technical documentation, specifications mappings and configurations for all trading partner implementations;

ESSENTIAL DUTIES: 

  • Issue purchase orders to domestic and international suppliers;
  • Work with international suppliers to build container load size shipments;
  • Coordinate shipping with the assistance of freight forwarders and suppliers;
